The Word Became Flesh

The Word Became Flesh investigates an existing collection of autoethnographic data gathered from intimate relationships. Recorded from conversations over a three year period, the quotes serve as testament to a period of marked personal and interpersonal disruption in which the act of recording offered solace.

“The Word Became Flesh deals with the deeply personal in a public way that is neither didactic nor so solipsistic to be impenetrable….it functions as both memorial and reliquary of states induced by trauma.”
